Avoid like the plague. After the developers sold the property to a new management company, the place has gone to shit. The front doors are always broken, dog piss in the elevators, and worst of all, terrible tenants. A bunch of college kids live here now and recently, I had my property broken into.
Pros: location
Cons: Everything about the complex. Poor insulation, shitty management and your paying a premium in rent.

Lived here 2 years ago for half a year until the pipes burst during a freeze, and I had to move.
Pros: reasonable gym and pool, reasonable rent prices relative to the quality of the apartment, very easy secure parking under the buildings, office accepts packages, quiet community overall.
Cons: THE FREEWAY! If you live on the freeway side, you WILL HEAR TRAFFIC CONSTANTLY! You will hear trucks going by every morning at 5 am no matter what you do. Also, the walls are paper thin. You will hear your neighbors.
