Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

My friend and I stopped in after driving by and scheduled appointments the day of. I chose the Full Body massage and my friend chose the Facial for 50 minutes. The introductory rate was a super reasonable $ 50. The front desk staff was friendly and easy to talk to and because we were from out of town they offered us the introductory rate again to come back the next day after the our half marathon. Everything was great both times and I would definitely look into their membership plan if I lived in the area.

I just went in yesterday because I got a new customer flyer in the mail which I have been wanting to use. My masseuse was Quentin and he did an excellent job. He gave me a combination of a sports massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy. It is located in the same parking lot as bed, bath& beyond and pet smart.
They have membership programs that are ideal for guests who want to receive treatments on a regular basis. I know they mentioned it was month to month, unlike the scam that massage envy has going on. I had a bad experience with Massage envy!
The spa has extended business hours available seven days a week, so it’s easy for you to make an appointment. I made an appointment at 8pm! They also accept walk-​ins, so you can just stop in when you have a little extra time. They help you choose which option works best for you

Went in for a massage and facial (yes, guys get facials too). I’ve been to many spas for these treatments acrosas the country. Some great, others not so much. Hand & Stone was one of the better places I’ve been to. The massage was just right, was relaxing and did the job. I fell asleep during the facial, which meant I was totally enjoying it. The products that were used did not irritate my skin and smelled and felt great.
Overall a great experience and I’ll be back for sure.

I had a wonderful experience at hand and stone. The hot stone massage with Jeannine was one of the best I have ever had! I called last minute and they were able to schedule a massage and facial same day. They offer discounted rates for your first massage and facial. The space was clean and very soothing. The manager was pleasant and went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience. After the treatment, they offer you water or coconut water (these are the only refreshments available). I preferred the simple, high quality service to the more elaborate spas in Columbus (Charles Penzone). I found this experience soothing, streamlined, and stress free! I will be back!

I stopped in to Hand and Stone because I had received a mailer for a special Grand Opening discount, more to check out the place than to become a longterm customer. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from beginning to end, starting with the telephone call to make the appointment. The staff were all very friendly and courteous, taking the time to explain in detail the different expenses and options I had available, and making recommendations based on the questionnaire I filled out about what type of massage I wanted (I am prone to frequent migraines and neck pain).
Lynn, my masseuse, was exceptional. She made sure at each step of the process that I was comfortable, explaining what she was doing and why, and how I could minimize that kind of tension on my own time. I had booked the discounted hour-​long massage that I’d received the discount for, but she demonstrated several other techniques during it such as the hot rock massage so that I could experience what else the spa had to offer if I chose to return, which I appreciated, as I don’t spend money on myself easily.
Right now, this spa is offering a monthly membership program which is frankly more than worth it when compared to other massage spas in the area; there is no obligation to continue as it’s month-​to-​month, and the discount is considerable. I’ve received massages from other high-​end salons including Charles Penzone, and Hand and Stone was ten times better. The price is better as well, and the service was exceptional. Total recommendation from someone who will now be a repeat customer.
