Here’s a few extra downsides to this apt that bring it down another star:
1. For some reason, they decided to place their huge trash compactor right next to their pool and lounge area. On some bad days, the fetid odor wafts all the way over to the apartments. And I can definitely smell it from the pool area. They need to fix that as soon as possible.
2. In case you didn’t know, there’s a lot of thunderstorms in Columbus. This apt does not protect their pool from debris and sewage overflow. A couple times I saw green algae-​like stuff floating in there. Needs better maintenance…

One of the finest properties owned by Greystone LLC. It is not one of the biggest just the opposite but it has all amenities one could want in an apartment. I moved in there about six months after it opened. Loved it. Would still be there if i hadn’t PCS’d. Very quite and oh so peaceful. Apartment was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was near shopping and other activities. A++ rating.
