Can I get a workout from jiggling at high speeds for a period of time? I don’t know, but Goga is counting on it. I tried a 10 minute free trial and have to say it accomplished a few things. 1. It jiggled me in ways that made me self conscious… so maybe it will at least act as a catalyst to weight loss 2. Made me feel pretty good! Whether from the goofiness or something physical, the whole experience is a weird, fun massage. 3. Piqued my interest. I’d honestly like to give it a couple weeks and see how I feel. There’s more than just jiggle machines, to include an infrared sauna, but the jiggle is the focus. All in all, definitely worth the 20 min we spent in there. And we left with 5 free 10 min workout coupons. If I had money, which I don’t, I’d buy one for my house(they do sell the machines). I’m waiting for a review that includes the line«my spouse and I had sex on it. It was awesome.» Don’t you judge me! We all see the potential! These things should be in every hotel room and wet tshirt contest. The movie Magic Mike would have been 100x better if it including this machine(okay, I didn’t see Magic Mike but the machine would OBVIOUSLY make ANYTHING better).
