My wife and I didn’t have many issues with Fox and Hounds until our last month there. The rent was going up(enough to make us move out) but the tenants didn’t gain anything; ie no updated amenities, etc. Our biggest issue was after we moved out we received a bill for $ 125.00 for«excessive dirt» and because we «made no attempt to clean», which both are totally bogus. We cleaned our apartment from top to bottom for the week leading up to our move-out date. I asked if they had photos of the areas that they listed as being«excessively dirty’ but they had none, only a photo of this inside of our dated oven, which wasn’t clean when we moved in. They also charged us because they said our carpets were quite dirty when we moved out and they required deep cleaning, but, I mean, isn’t that why we paid an extra $ 30 a month and an initial pet deposit for our dog? The maintenance guys were great, however. Friendly and attentive. But, as far as the people who handle any sort of paper work, nope.

I’ve lived at Fox and Hounds for the past year– unfortunately we cannot renew as my roommate decided to move states. However, I can’t say I have any complaints. The apartments were well-maintained, affordable, and quiet(we did have an upper unit). Snow removal in the winter was sufficient– the office staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with whatever issues you had. The pool facilities were great and the clubhouse was always clean. They do an excellent job maintaining the grounds– no pet waste, cigarette butts, trash, or debris. The laundromats do get a little dirty, but that would probably be my only suggestion for improvement. I would not hesitate to live here again.
