We have been using Fire & Ice for the past several years for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. The most recent service was in November for our furnace checkup. All technicians are always professional and friendly.

I would definitely recommend Fire & Ice. The pricing for the materials and labor was MORE than fair – the best in Columbus based on the estimates we received. Technicians Will and Angelo did an amazing job and finished ahead of schedule. They were polite and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about the company and the technicians.

Fire & Ice service was quick and on time. Mr. Jackson was extremely nice and friendly and made sure that I understood everything. Another company messed up my work last year. I am sure that it will be corrected this time. Mr. Jackson was very professional. I highly recommend this company and Mr. Jackson.

UPDATE:
After what happened below, I spoke with the service manager, who was very professional. She listened to what happened, spoke with the company owner, and called me at 8:45 the next morning to let me know that the company would refund the charge for installation of the evaporator coil. I do not believe that this story is representative of the work that this company can do, and their reaction (very professional – I did not become angry, and they did not become angry or defensive) showed me that this is not a bad company; in fact, it seems to be a very professional company. We had a bad experience, but the company’s reaction to it was exemplary.
