My husband called to rent a unit to store our motorcycles over the winter. We were told that we would have to rent two separate units because «if you are storing a motorcycle, the primary renter’s name has to match the name on the motorcycle’s title.»
We are married, share the same address and last names but our motorcycles are in our individual names. We were fully prepared to show titles. But that was’t acceptable.
This is the dumbest policy I’ve ever heard of in my life.
Also: They also informed us that the machines had to be in running condition and fully insured. Both of ours are but just an FYI.
