There was some mold growing in the shower, most of the breakfast food was gone by 8am and it was REALLY loud most of the night. There were signs posted for no smoking on the 2nd and 3rd floor but smoking rooms on the 1st ! I think there was a band practicing a few rooms down and the location was sketchy with 3 different strip clubs down the road. Not family friendly in my opinion.

DON’T STAYHERE! For several reasons, don’t stay here. We have stayed at Extended Stay America locations in other parts of Columbus and in other states and had good experiences… but not here. First, it is not in a good part of town. Second, the place is dirty, musty and threadbare. And finally, we arrived at 3pm to check in. The young lady behind the desk was nice enough. We asked to see the room given the appearance of the lobby. THEREISNOELEVATOR! Went up the stairs, down the dark smelly hall, around the corner, and finally got to… you guessed it… a dirty, musty, threadbare room. We told the young lady behind the desk that we wanted to look elsewhere and even asked for directions to another ESA facility. THEYCHAREDOURCREDITCARD! When we called them yesterday to have it reversed, they said we’d have to call back today to talk to a supervisor person! We disputed the charge on our credit card just in case. Long story short… avoid this location of Extended Stay America.

This place is more expensive but worth it. I feel like I’m in my owe home. Full kitchen and separate bedroom. Great staff and pet friendly. I would recommend this place to my friends

Avoid this place if you can lol. It’s inexpensive, but just FYI, you get what you pay for! Check out my pics. And look else where lol. #ExtendedStayAmerica #Columbus #Ohio #BriceRoad

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very dirty and I ran into many problems. My fiancé and I travel for his job and we stay at hotels for a month at a time so if you are looking for a «home away from home» this is not it! To start off with when we arrived to check in we had to stand in the little lobby for quite awhile waiting for some kind of service. We waited so long my fiancé had to dial the 600 number to get someone to check us in. When the woman(nice) finally came down to check us in she gave us our room keys. When taking our luggage to our room(312) the hallways and whole hotel smelled like smoke. Yuck! When finally opening up the door to our room we were not impressed at all. It was very run down and out dated not to mention cobwebs in every corner. We looked over our room as we always do and my fiancé looked in the oven to find an old greasy pan with leftover shrimp or chicken and yes it look like it sat there so long I wasn’t sure what it was! Immediately we went back down to the front desk just to wait another twenty minutes waiting for service to get a new room. The woman was nice about it and I kind of felt bad for being so upset but for a paying customer I don’t think that would have been acceptable in anyone’s book. After getting our new room(218) we checked everything again and still problems but we dealt with them until we found a new hotel. Some problems in this room was a half ass cleaning job, carpets were very gross(sticky and hairy), headboard was filthy, windows were filled with spiders and a bunch of dead stink bugs and comforter was dirty! Overall completely unsatisfied.
