I have rented from this location several times. Service is always prompt and friendly, and cars are clean and well-​maintained. Pickup and return are very smooth.

I’m here in Columbus on business and I rented a car from here. Very disappointing. The agent working at he desk must’ve had tobacco in his mouth because I saw him spit out the brown stuff into a clear water bottle. Disgusting! Also, though I was given a «non-​smoking» car, it had cigarette burns on the seats and the car was very dirty. Altogether a horrible experience.
