Great menu options, and staff is very nice… but food items are heated far too long! Burned twice in two days.

Both times I’ve tried this place I’ve been sorely disappointed. First visit: talk about butter scraped over too much bread! My bagel with regular cream cheese had next to no cream cheese. Literally, the bread was more apparent through the cheese than the cheese itself. Rip off! Second visit: my mushroom/​spinach/​swiss sandwich came without spinach. Rip off!
Verdict? Rip off!

I admit I’m easy to please and love all things breakfast, so keeping that in mind I enjoyed this place. Bagels tasted very fresh and were prepared swiftly, but well. Prices were a bit on the high side — but that’s to be expected given the location. All in all, when searching for a quick easy breakfast downtown, this place is a good pick.

I think «Meh» sums it up. If your being held hostage in the area for work or at a convention, it’s one of the few choices around for breakfast. It will do the job, but also do a job on your wallet too — not cheap for what you get.
