Eastland Towing towed my Chevy Malibu just about 35 miles, and the experience I had was about as good as it gets with a towing company.
The driver, Robby, arrived sooner than I expected. He was unbelievably friendly and helpful, while maintaining a professional manner. I followed the tow in another car and was pleased to see him drive in a safe and courteous manner. He took excellent care of my car.
Because of the long distance involved, I was expecting a charge of around $ 125. I was pleasantly surprised to find the charge was less than $ 100.
Kudos to Robby and Eastland Towing for doing a great job!
