This is my favorite hot coffee shop. I always get hot coffee for extra milk and sugar and I get it as I wanted always.

It was okay. Not that great. Service was not amazing nor impressive. The cashier had to ask us multiple times what we wanted after she already rung us up. She also kept trying to make my drink ice when I wanted it hot. Dunkin Donuts coffee and donuts are okay not much to talk about it’s a franchise chain. The service however is not much to desire.

Donuts are mediocre, as is the coffee. I got the vanilla cool latte and it wasn’t mixed very well, you could feel the sugar or creamer or whatever it was in your mouth while you drank it. Their drive thru speaker always seems to be messed up and you never fully hear or understand the person taking the order.

The donuts are hit or miss, but seem to be improving recently. They’ve remodeled and the new look is nice. I’m not sure if my mind is just playing tricks, but the quality seems better now. I’ve been pleased with the coffee most times.

They seem to always be out of everything. They cook doughnuts in the morning and if they run out and noon, oh well they are just out. Which is unfortunate.

Two Stars. A regular Dunkin’s gets 4 – 5. While on business to Columbus, I NEEDED my Dunkin Donuts. In Boston/New England, where there is a store on every corner, you can get in and get out in a couple minutes, even if the line is at the door. Here… forget about it… you gotta plan for 10 minutes.
This place drove me crazy over the three days I went there. The worst was asking for an Iced Coffee, Dark, with two sugars. First time — the thing is WHITE. I can’t drink it. Returned. Next time I say put a «drop» of cream in it. Comes back white again. UNREAL. I think after three tries they got it close enough…
HOWEVER… if you crave dunkin donuts coffee or food… thank GOD Columbus has one!
