Will NEVER EVER BUY shit from them again. Received garlic bread that was not done. Was told I’d get free on next order.
Called to order and they have no record.
They want to argue about it. They just lost a customer.

Came here for a late night meal. The family and had a pepperoni pizza and some cheesy bread. It was fantastic. When I get back home I’ll be looking to get this again. Sauce is good and cheesy bread was phenomenal.

Had late night pizza. Pepperoni individual pizza and margarita pizza were both delicious, but not very filling. Awesome sauce, quality cheese and tomatoes, and convenient online ordering. Would love to see expansion to Michigan!

Ordered by phone and picked up. Didn’t give credit card info. The guy who answered had the best customer service I have ever gotten from all Donatos. In the last two months I have dealt with rude customer service. THANK YOU for making my night!!! Not sure of name of guy who answered phone. Time was at 5:45 pm. Thank you!!!

Had never been to this location, went in after work because it was close to where I needed to be later — figured I’d have a quick dinner and go on to other plans. Was surprised when asked «dine in or carry out» to be told to go have a seat, that someone would be with me in a minute. Apparently they are set up for table service.
And apparently no one has told the staff that — every empty table was dirty, and although nearly a dozen other patrons came and went with their carry-​out orders, no one came around to take my order. After more than 10 minutes, during which none of the staff even seemed to notice that I was sitting there, I left and found someplace else to eat.
On occasion I have eaten at other Donato’s locations, and even the somewhat sketchy one closest to my house has better service than this place. I hope that the chain does NOT try this idea at other locations — putting in an order at the counter and having it brought to your table seems to work just fine elsewhere, and considerably better than this.

I would not call an order from this donatos they will steal your criedt card number

Yes it’s a chain, but for a quick meal it’s a good place to go. It’s clean (definite plus), has a good amount of seating even for big parties, awesome service, plenty of options, and decent prices. The service is exceptional for a fast food joint. Great for our kids! There is outdoor seating and plenty of parking. Don’t expect a gourmet pizza parlor, it’s a place to grab a quick bite and bring the kids.
