This is the rare time that I wish there was«zero star» rating. I have just placed my fourth call in three weeks to have six empty jugs picked up with NORESPONSE! I am going to have to drive over to the office from Dublin and leave these empty’s on the lawn. It is embarrassing to be treated this way, after years of service; most of which, meant being left water when I didn’t want it(thus the six empties in my garage). DONTDOIT

We have gone Multiple months without water. They told us that we would be paying for the water dispenser and it was ours outright. Then told us it was theirs. Now, we haven’t had water delivery in 2 months. I have an actual bill, from their corporate office. Stating I owe them nothing. They still haven’t delivered water. To make matters worse, they sent us to collections. Don’t waste your time. Their customer care/service is terrible. And their home office cannot keep accurate account of their field representatives.

This is a sad excuse of a company. We had 2 months not delivered to us, after following up with them on 4 multiple occasions and promised that our water would be delivered. Still no water. Called to cancel held on the line for over 20 minutes, no customer service. There are plenty other companies out there to get your water from, I highly recommend trying them over this pathetic attempt of a company named Crystal Springs.

We have been customers for at least 5 years, and we have no complaints. They are reliable and timely with deliveries, the drivers are friendly and professional, and customer service has been responsive when we called for help with a dispenser that wasn’t cooling. Today the driver was particularly delightful and helpful, placing a new bottle on the dispenser for us. We are very pleased with the service.
