The hotel seems fairly newly built and everything was clean, nice and organized. It’s right off I-70 and really close to all kinds of restaurants, department stores and grocery stores. Check-in by the attendant was easy and quick. All other interactions with the staff were pleasant and friendly. Room: The room was a typical«Hampton Inn» style one complete with a remodeled bathroom. Breakfast: Was in a small area, but contained almost all the breakfast staples. Cereal, milk, 3 different types of juice, coffee, tea, oatmeal(& fixings), bread, pastries, Belgian waffle maker, and chafing dishes with hot items(eggs, sausages, potatoes) Fitness center: Was small, as expected. It contained 2 treadmills, 1 eliptical and a PRECOR universal machine, A TV, a water cooler and towels. Pool: was indoor and ranged in depth from 3ft to 5ft. The pool area contained a whirlpool hottub and 3 seating areas. Overall, the hotel and experience staying there were really good.

Would have given it more stars but locked out of room before check out time and check in was a hassle.

I stay at this property frequently when I’m in Columbus. It’s close to the freeway, not far from downtown and has a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. My room is always clean and have never had a problem with noise or anything.

Everything about this hotel is poor, from the rude and unhelpful staff to the dirty rooms, to the double charging of my credit card for a room. Beware of this hotel, the poor experience goes on long after one has left it.

Country Inn Suites isn’t bad at all. When I comes to hotels, I’m use to either a casino or a business type hotel. Even though this hotel is fairly close to the airport, it has the homely feel to it. It starts at the front desk where they have free cookies while you check in and a comforting employee taking care if your check in. Like most hotels, they also offer a small breakfast in the morning. The rooms are averaged sized with plenty of amenities. The décor is cozy, which reminds me of one of my guest bedrooms at home. Overall, really no big complaints since I’m only here one night.
