I ordered a cookie bouquet for a sympathy gift. I paid a fortune for overnight delivery and FedEx did not deliver on time. While I understand this is not Cookie Bouquet’s fault, here is what is… I called them and asked them to file a complaint with FedEx to get a refund on my shipping because that is what FedEx told me I needed to do. They graciously offered to do so and told me that they would be back when they had more information. I have emailed and called numerous times and have been given no answers. I called FedEx and was told that they processed the refund. So Cookie Bouquets — are times that tough that you need to pocket the money I paid for shipping??? How about you return emails/calls and give me back the money that I am owed. It was a sympathy gift after all. How low can you go?

I just place an order with Cookie Bouquets for my friends Birthday. I spoke to Christian and he was so nice and help. The Cookie Bouquet that I ordered looked very nice, I know my friend will be surprised.

Dinene is amazing! I would like to thank you her and the Cookie Bouquets team for their diligent correspondence and dedication to completing our complex cookie order on time. We have already received sugar-coated, rave reviews on the presentation and taste! They have made our Company Employee Appreciate day just perfect.

What a great idea! I received a cookie tin with assorted flavors as a gift. The cookies were individually wrapped, fresh and delicious. There were enough for the entire office to enjoy them for the rest of the week. Would definitely recommend as a creative alternative for Thank You or Congratulatory gifts.

Ordered a coworker a cookie bouquet Friday. Wednesday still has not arrived. Called the company 3 times only to be told it is my fault. First because the call was placed in the afternoon on Friday(it is now considered next day). Called Monday and was told Saturday and Sunday are considered business days. Called Tuesday and was told that decorated cookies take an additional day. REALLY? It is Wednesday and there is a strong possibility that our co-worker will have not received this bouquet before her return to work. DON’T WASTEYOURTIMEANDMONEY!
