I waited for 10 minutes after I was redirected to another employee to ask a simple yes/​no question about if they carried a certain ASU item. I was blown off by the «ASU guru» multiple times during this period.
While other employees kept asking me if they could help me he continued to ignore me. I then got the «sorry I can’t help you» from the rest of the employees walking by, is any acknowledgement at all.
I will not return to this store.
