We called to schedule a time to have service changed to our new address. We were told we couldn’t have service until the past owners called to cancel their service. That happened that day but it still took a week and a half to get an appointment. Every time we called, we got a different answer as to why we couldn’t get an appointment. When we did get an appointment, it was still an additional week and a half to get service.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Comcast may advertise fast internet speeds, but there service is unreliable. Sometimes you get 50 mbs, and other times you’ll get 1 mbs. When you call their tech support to report your issue, they will claim everything is working perfectly, and the issue must be the customers fault, but then they send someone to the house, find nothing wrong and all of a sudden the Internet starts working again. A little while later you get the same problem, and the same horrible service. Find someone else other than Comcast for your internet service. Even dial up would be better than these clowns.

Comcast internet service is pathetic! I have not had worse for at least 8 years. You call they say your connected. I say, how come I cannot get on the internet? They say it must be on your end. In other words my fault, not theirs. This has been going on for over a month. I am sick of it!
