I used to be a customer here and I actually like the clothes. Unfortunately I won’t be back. With only me and another woman shopping in the store, the associates helping the other shopper twice pointed out items in the exact spot I was looking, and she (politely) asked me to excuse myself from what I was looking at. It doesn’t matter how polite you are, I still felt uncomfortable about the situation. I’m voting with the almighty dollar and will no longer be a regular customer at Coldwater Creek.

It’s a beautiful store, with a water feature (!) in the back and seating near the dressing rooms for the men who are being dragged along on shopping expeditions. :) They do lack the petite pants sizes here, but the staff will help you order the size you need from another local store or online, and the shipping will be free! Besides clothes, the store sells books, household decorations, candles, etc.
They usually have sales and coupons in major magazines (O, InStyle, Martha Stewart, etc.). Also note that their tops can run a bit big and stretch out, so it may help to go a size down.
