Scam company! Ordered a couch and a love seat. Order did not come for at least 3 weeks after expected and the love seat was still on back order. They damaged my door and the door frame, doing hundreds of dollars worth of damage. The couch was taken back because it did not fit through the door. Then they told us we could not get a refund. There was no mention of this in the store at all. This is a very shady and poorly operated business.

As Laura M. states and as the other two reviews here note(not sure why the other two reviews are not recommended by Unilocal), DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHCLSDIRECT! This business is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with and my colleague had a similar experience. I won’t recount my story as it’s the exact same as all of the other reviews. You buy a product in person, pay up front, and then that product is never delivered, with all sorts of promises and lies about when it will be delivered. We eventually gave up and asked for a refund. They won’t give refunds. So after another 20 phone calls we finally got our box spring(5 days after it was supposed to be delivered). I cannot reiterate strongly enough, their low prices are not worth the hassle you will experience with their service/delivery. Pay a bit more and buy a product through a trustworthy business.

Do NOT go to CLS Direct! Their prices are great, but their service is the worst I have encountered at any business ever. I would not be surprised if they go out of business in the near future– no business can survive running as poorly as this one. If you do not believe me, check out the Better Business Bureau website for them– they have had 24 complaints filed within the past 3 years. I wish I would have seen that before I ordered my cabinets from them– I never would have even walked in their door. The only thing they had going for them was their customer service representative and cabinet specialist, Marty. She was great, but she left a couple months ago, which is not surprising– nobody who is serious about their job would want to work at this scammy business. I had to email or call CLS at least weekly to get them to do anything. Most of the time they ignored my calls and emails, but finally my husband and I just went in to see if they finally had our missing stuff. Sergio promised he would order everything(although we were told it was ordered weeks earlier) and then he never followed through or even contacted us with an explanation. After months of back and forth with this company we decided to just go to Home Depot and purchase the missing pieces by ourselves. It just wasn’t worth the hassle anymore. For the love of God, save yourself the trouble and do not go to this company for anything! I have never written a bad review for anything. I am a very easy-to-get-along with customer but I felt the need to warn other people about this company. I am not sure if they are trying to scam people or if they are just completely unorganized, understaffed, and terrible at what they do. Either way– go somewhere else!

While I can’t fault them with their customer service when we placed our order in person, I only wish that the rest of the transaction would have been satisfactory. I ordered two box springs on Jan 5th, 2013. I was promised them by the following Wednesday. Nope. Called the next day and again, was promised them by the following Wednesday. Nope. Finally went back in on Saturday the 26th, with my receipt to demand a refund and low and behold, they had a storeroom full of mattresses and box springs. I was told«We have yours in and will deliver it Monday.». Well, it’s Monday at 8:05PM and guess what? No delivery. Now, I called them 3 times today, to ask for a time frame for delivery because I have to work and someone would need to be at my house for them. All 3 times, I was told the truck would be at my house in about 1 ½ hours. Nope. Just tried calling them before posting this review and got voice-mail. I am beyond pissed off about the delivery lies. I paid up front for a product that they obviously can’t deliver on(literally!). I will go to their showroom on Schrock Rd. tomorrow and demand a refund. Be very afraid to deal with these people, unless you want your money tied up for a month or more or even indefinitely.
