Chick-fil-A

Grade A service and very solid fast food. Chik-​fil-​A has a a great formula and I was pleasantly surprised after walking in and not knowing what to expect since it was my first visit.

Chick-​fil-​a has the most awesome customer service ever for a fast food dining restaurant. The workers are so helpful and service oriented. The chicken is so good and everything always tastes so fresh. The play area is not as big as mcdonalds or burger king or but it seems cleaner and more fun.

Every once in a while you have to satisfy that urge for a chik-​fil-​a chicken sandwich. This is a very clean location with a friendly staff.
The only thing I do not like it the parking lot situation, can be difficult to get in and out at a high traffic area. Not much they can do about that though. It is efficient as much as it can be.
As usual the service is fast and friendly. Check them out when you get that urge.

Great customer service, amazing food, and a clean restaurant every time I visit. Whether I dine in or go through the drive thru Chick-​Fil-​A never disappoints. As a former employee when I was in high school, I’m glad to see that the reputation of Chick-​Fil-​A continues to be of the highest regard.

Very friendly location! The manager was really he picked up our boxes after we are. He was very polite and so were the rest of the workers. Highly impressed by the service in chick-​fil-​a chains. Outstanding customer service.

I’ve been to dozens of chick fil a’s but this location is great. The food always comes out hot and pretty quick. Pretty surprised that this location isn’t as busy as other chick fil a’s though. The number #1 combo CFA sandwich is always the old faithful and the #6 strips combo is also great.

Excellent service. The food came out within 4 minutes of my order. The spicy chicken deluxe was fantastic although the waffle fries were slightly stale (which is the reason for ⁴⁄₅ stars).
I would high recommend chick fil a to anyone. The fries are usually fresh, too.

Even if there’s a long line, I always know that I’ll get through fast — which is awesome. Or, when I dine-​in, I know that service will be great. And, there’s free WIFI, which is nice.
This doesn’t impact me as much, but I hear from friends with children that the playground is «toddler» friendly.
FOOD ⁵⁄₅ — Of course, it’s Chick-​fil-​A, so it’s always good. But I’ve only ever had excellent experiences with the food at this Chick-​fil-​A in particular.
SERVICE ⁵⁄₅ — Chick-​fil-​A usually has great service, but this one in particular is great. When dining-​in, the folks at the cash register offer to refill my drink or take my trash. Really quality experience.
AMBIANCE ⁵⁄₅ — Store is always clean. I particularly like some small details — like the umbrella rack for when it rains and the nice wooden table in the bathroom entry-​way.

I never thought I would say this but wynnton road chick fil a is the worst one. The food was great as usual but the Front counter staff get smart with customers. I felt like I was a hinderence. When going up to the counter for drink refills the staff would huff and get it. Was horrible. They don’t have to worry about my business anymore.
Update: they brought over the sweet girl from the Bradley park location, and things are starting to get better there. Theres hope for Wynnton road after all.

Ok, you may be wondering how anyone could EVER give a fast food restaurant 5 stars. I have to say gave it 5 starts because the people here are great! Chick-​Fil-​A has done an outstanding job selecting friendly intelligent people and training them to serve people and be polite. This location is a prime example of that. If you appear to need help carrying your food to the table they will offer to before you even have a chance to ask. This has been a great help to me many times when I’m carrying a child. Also there is usually someone walking around the dining areas making sure the tables are clean and offering to refill your drink for you. It’s just about like table service and I don’t know of another fast food chain that does this.
