This is THEWORST Chase location I have EVER been to. The Manager was completely useless in assisting with an issue with their notary Carina. Carina refused to perform notary service on a Saturday because, «It’s against Chase’s new policy», and was rude. When we returned on Monday we were again refused notary service because it «wasn’t a document Chase notarizes», and she was again rude to us. She said Chase is going to stop doing Notary Services altogether for customers. If this is the case, it’s terrible customer service, and I’m closing my Chase accounts after 30 years of being a customer.

Very friendly staff. They have the new digital tellers(2) in lobby that allows you to handle your personal banking. Clean inside and the AC felt great because it’s so hot out today! Professional and courteous staff
