Fast and freindly! Water leak was fixed in under 30 minutes and the price didnt put me under water.

I found this company through Angie’s List and called them on Sunday May 1 to have them come and fix a gas leak to my water heater. The person in the office was really nice and scheduled someone for the following day. I said I had to work so if they could get me a timeframe they would be out I would make sure I was there. He said anytime after 3 so I took off work and was home by then. 5 hours later they finally showed up, but not before the tech called and said that due to the time of day, they were now into overtime and I had to pay an elevated rate. Now I’m not sure if that was a miscommunication between the office and the tech or what, but I called the office and they assured me it would be at the normal rates. when the tech got to my house he said it was probably the shutoff valve and he replaced it. So with the «gas leak test» the new valve and a trip charge (I’m assuming) I had to pay $ 440.00 BUT he didn’t provide any written documentation of the breakdown of charges as the company «is paperless» and since the work was already done I had to pay. I called the office the next morning and they said they «usually» provide a written breakdown which to me is scary. I won’t recommend this place to ANYONE.

This awful winter weather caused me quite a few problems this year. My pipes burst, my furnace went out and my car battery died all in a 48hr period.
Thanks to Capital Plumbing we made it through a tough week. The technician Bob was very courteous, detailed oriented, knowledgeable and honest.
I highly recommend this company for heating and cooling.
