Rented Penske moving trucks from them twice — once in the summer time and once in the winter time. Both times, I received excellent customer service (once from the owner, and another time from his wife). Transactions could not have gone smoother. No worrying about extra charges like with Uhaul. This place is now my go-​to truck rental for the duration of my stay in UA. Awesome service.

Absolutely the worst service. I wish I could give zero stars! I went to get a U-​Haul, wasn’t greeted, waited about 10 minutes for the guy to finish up with someone, and still didn’t ask me what I needed. Then a customer came in and was in line behind me. He helped him before me! When it was finally my turn, he told me that I ’ was late’ for picking up my U-​haul and I was almost cancelled out! Buddy, your place is NEVER busy, and you have 6 other trucks out there so don’t try and tell me that. When I returned with my fiancé hours later, he was with people, but actually said how long he would be and to place the keys in the box and he would contact me for my estimate. (Funny how much nicer he was when there was a man with me.)That was 12 hours ago. This was the first, and definitely THE LAST time I will go there. If I was dying of thirst, I’d make the trip down the street to Speedway bc that guy was a JERK!

This is a pretty good spot for foodie trucks. They had two here yesterday and have more coming. It’s a converted gas station and they have lots of room for them. I ate at one which isn’t worth mentioning but that’s not the lot owner’s fault. Hope they do well!
