So… went to Steak n Shake for a late night drive thru meal but they were jam packed so we came across the street to BK… oops. 12:15 am and she tells us they are out of cookies because they were not expecting anyone to order them this late. Then, «we are out of ice, is that ok»? Then, we can’t serve our pies because they are frozen and they are not good like that. 0 – 3 at this point.

This place had maybe 3 people working at 3 pm when I arrived with my husband and daughter for a late lunch. The lady at the counter took our order, and we got our food… MOST of it. My husband soon discovered that part of his order was missing, so he sent my daughter up to the counter to get the rest of it. Well, the lady at the counter completely ignored our daughter. She also seemed highly annoyed, and it seemed like she left in the middle of her shift! Not cool — place was starting to get busy. To make things worse, the lady working drive thru acted like she didn’t want to help with the front either. And the Manager was making the sandwiches. They need some help.

Thursday 4÷30÷1510:30pm. I am completely shocked. The sign outside said dining room’s open till 11. We walked in & patiently waited. After a couple minutes the worker inside finally saw us & was startled seeing us. Instead of addressing us she laughs & yells for her co-worker to share how funny it is saying«there’s 2 people standing there!».
At this point we feel like zoo animals on display or something, thinking«are you really not coming towards us to say something to us? Instead standing there talking about us like we don’t hear you?» She finally says they’re closed & they forgot to lock the door. We still didn’t know if she’d serve us(because outside it says you’re open), so we just walked out, checked the sign outside to see if it said«drive thru till 11» only… it didn’t. It said dining room open 6am-11pm. I walked back in & caught her attention again loudly saying«Ma’am, it says you’re open till 11». She glanced at me & continued doing what she was doing without even acknowledging anything I said. Completely ignored me. You’ve GOTTA be kidding. A place being closed/open isn’t any big deal either way… but to ignore any customer like that is unbelievable. Can’t ever go there again. Sorry management.

This is close to work, so it’s often the alternative(ok, rotation, to be honest) to the Mcd’s, Steak & Shake or Taco Bell right there. The usual staff is good & accurate. They are never very fast anyway, but yesterday I was in for two Whoppers, a ten pc nugget they’ve been advertising, and fries. It was not the normal staff, and was beyond ridiculous how long it took! They didn’t even drop fries for almost 4 minutes after I ordered. The gal«cooking» was doing dishes for 3 minutes after I ordered & no one else was making food. The manager took my order, but I would re-train her or demote her! Her attitude SUCKED! She was terse & pissy. She treated the other workers poorly too! If it’s the only option, ok. Otherwise, go elsewhere!

Worst Burger King on the face of the planet. Never go here unless you just want a bag of disappointment and frustration. Never have they been able to get a simple order correct, and when I bring it to their attention that my order is made incorrectly, I’m served large helpings of bad attitude instead of understanding and correct food. I’ve been running restaurants for over a decade, so I have an eye for quality customer service. This place is defined by its glaring lack thereof. My advice? Go to the McDonald’s across the street or Steak and Shake next door.

This restaurant is consistently the slowest fast food location. I’m usually not concerned with speed but when I’m the only customer inside and in the drive thru, it seems like something is off. Also, no bbq sauce?!

Why is this the slowest drive thru in all the land? I just want my iced coffee… which is undoubtedly filled with all kinds of things a human body should not be imbibing. I should have stayed in the Starbucks Drive thru that had 15 cars ahead of me. Sigh.

Slowest Burger King EVER. 20 min for a frozen lemonade and med. fry in the drive thru. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been seated in that amount of time. Ridiculous!

we ordered at the drive through and were 4th in line… waited 15 mins just for the first car’s order to be finished, then 10 more mins for the second car. we left and went to McDonalds crossed the street. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 mins for a dam drink. Who would?! Besides that, the place looked nice but service here obviously sucks. Oh yeah and that advertisement for $ 1.29 whopper jr… is really $ 2.50 w/cheese. Talk about nickel & diming… such crap. I cant understand this place is going under quick but penny pinching your customers when we can go elsewhere is just stupid!

This is a nice Location, and I am glad that they build a burger king at Easton. Food was fast, and on time. The only thing that I dislike about this burger king, is that the employees are Ghetto and unprofessional. Today, I visited this location around 5:20 pm and one of the girls(African American Female) Yelled out the drive through window to someone she knew, while handing me my food. This locations prices are also high(I think because of a location) I ordered a Jr. Whopper Which cost me $ 2.19, which is higher then the other burger kings. I asked how much was a regular whopper, and the employee told me that it was $ 4.19. This location would get 5 stars if they replace this employees.
