I just had the worst service ever, 1. The wings were dry as f*** 2. The next wings that they replace for me were the same and the girl drop the wings in my table plus she just touch the wings and blame me for it
After that the manager came and only took off the fucking wings, i was expecting more since it was 3 of us but i guess thats what you can expect from this location the worst service in ohio

I moved to the area in 2006 and unfortunately it is the only Buffalo Wild Winds in the area. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve had good or even decent service at this location since 2006. Their wings often come out cold and dry, their burgers are often over-​cooked and dry, the wait staff is often slow and more concerned about their social lives, and the place is always dirty. Furthermore, BWW slowly but surely keeps elevating their prices. I have taken my last trip there.
In lieu, I recommend Roosters or Memories for wings. They are not far from BWW Georgesville Square and their wings and service far exceeds BWW.

Had a great lunch with my good friend Tj he is a hotshot transporter he was delivering a load through Columbus and wanted to check out Buffalo wild wings for lunch I didn’t like their pretzels and cheese at all The The waitress was on spot she brought me drinks when they were still three quarters full the manager came out make sure everything was going great and that we enjoyed what we were eating not a bad place to eat lunch

Well I still love their wings but Im questioning their celery count… etc. So I buy 20 teriyaki and 15 asian zing 5 hot wings and 5 honey barbecue and you hand me two celery packs? Equals 2 celery sticks… REALLY! With 10 ranch packs.
Also you hand me these wings to go with Scant sauce! I point out to you. Mr manager by adding sauce now the wings will go to a temperature change possibly being cold upon arrival home. You rell me reheating directions are on the package.
Service is not at its best folks. Pray for new management.

The food is really good on busy nights but catch them on a slow night and good luck! We went on a Monday at 8:30pm. I got my wings — they were cold — but I was so hungry I ate them against my better judgement. I was sick the whole night. The bartenders are all really nice and the service in the bar area (where we always sit) is usually good. I wish they would alternate beers on special. It seems like Coors light has been the «beer of the month» for about a year.

Ok, it’s been 15 years since I’ve had any wings so if I act like its the best, try to keep in mind I haven’t had any in so long.
I’ve went to this location and the one in Rome Hilliard and this one is better because I’ve went to both twice (2 here and 2 in Rome Hilliard) and this location puts more seasoning on the desert heat and more sauce when I got mild. Rome Halliards was great too but I feel like this location packs on the flavor of which wings you get. Awesome service too.

Too much head on the draft beer. I have friends that refuse to come to BWW because of the beer issue (just fill up the glass!). My beer was lacking 2″ and my waitress showed me the sign in the wall that said «Proper Pour». Probably not coming back.

I love their soft pretzels and queso. Wings and sammiches are tasty, but pretty standard. It’s nothing special, but a good place to be a dude being a dude.

We came a little after lunch so there was a decent crowd but not packed. The place had an odd smell but felt like any other buffalo wild wings. The beer on special was Dos Equis and was most definitely watered down. The mango habanero wings were decent though and it’s a good place to watch the game. I just couldn’t get over the odd smell (like feet or bad cheese odd) and more importantly, the bad beer.

Been coming here for years now, the food is always good and the service is overall good — not great, not terrible. I love coming here to watch the Ohio State football games, great atmosphere. I’ll be back.

I ordered a pick up and it was ready for me when i got there and hot when i got home, cant ask for much more. Only negative is that they would not accept a coupon from there Graceland location, but not a big deal. I recommend this location over there closest competitor because of their service.
