Prelude: I went to this salon for a haircut and got the second worst haircut I’ve ever had. My daughter had her eyebrows waxed by the same stylist and the job was botched. However, we are big on second chances. I went back to the same stylist and got the worst haircut I’ve ever had. This time, she put the wax on my daughter’s brows and forgot about her. Fast forward: I’ve since found a stylist elsewhere that I like, but my daughter has continued to have her brows waxed there because they have other stylists who do a good job. She is careful to avoid the first stylist. Today, I accompanied her to get her brows waxed. The owner/manager immediately called back to that stylist, who said, «no» at the same time that my daughter said«no.» The owner/manager chastised by daughter(who is an adult) not to be rude. Excuse me — we are the customers. You are not the parent. We left and will not return.
