Bruster’s Real Ice Cream

Yum! We showed up around closing time and the staff was still very nice and happy!
I love the ice cream here though so I might be biased!

Ice cream made daily? That’s what I’m talking about! This location never fails to deliver. I have purchased cakes as well and they are beautifully done and delicious.
The downside is the location since it is in a shopping center right by 185. However, the drive thru feature makes it very convenient.
The ice cream is worth it though. Swing on by for dairy heaven!

After eating at a different restaurant, my family and I came to brusters to get dessert. I’ve eaten at different locations but not this one. I got a normal sundae, and it was good, everyone liked what they got and customer service was good as well. Will definitely return.

Filled out a survey to let them know, nothing heard. Go to this location often but this time saw an employee handling my daughters ice cream sandwich with her bare hands putting in a bag. Asked the employee if the sandwiches were individually wrapped, she held the bad to show me, I queried her again and she answered no. So I asked her if she had been wearing gloves, she answered yes, told her to think again because I watched her put it into the bag, sans gloves, and asked her for another one. Saw her this time grab a glove and walked back to disappear behind the wall for a delay that seemed to long. She brought out the package of sandwiches and this time I witnessed her use the glove. She refused to finish our order by coming back to the window but a co-​worker came and said everything was good and checked us out. We come often and will continue until we see our employee of the month, then we will drive on. Oh, my daughter received her ice cream sandwich in the form of a DQ dilly bar, the Bruster’s one bit the dust. Love some Bruster’s just not servers with bad practices.
