Definitely deceiving. The place is nice, but the service not so good, and the food a disaster. We order two appetizer, a flat bread pizza and calamari friti. Both dishes arrived cold to the table. The waitress was nowhere to be found. For the entrée we orders chicken Milanese, pasta pesto and a Caesar Salad. There are much better places at Easton. This not an Italian place.

We made a reservation, not at the time we wanted but later… as our time was already booked. Booked 7:15 and was seated at 7:30, ok so they were running behind, I can understand that, but it was 8:27 before we were served our food, really! Now I will say… the manger ended up comping our meal but I would not think of Brio as a place to eat on a Saturday nite. The waitress was good… she was a victim of a over booked, short staffed kitchen and the food was just average. Did I mention that our meal was served with a huge portion of noise, hence we will only eat and drink at the bar in the future at the Easton location.

Delicious. Great service, sat outside, wonderful atmosphere. We had the chicken salad, the kale had been marinated, love to know in what. We tried the spinach dip as an appetizer, I liked the dip better than the chips. The warm bread they served with the salad was awesome!

I absolutely love Italian food! Last summer I actually went to Italy so nothing will ever be pure Italian like when you go to Italy. But Brio’s food does remind me of some things that you would see on a menu in Italy. The food is absolutely delicious!!! However, the service is not always great. We go often and very rarely do we have an amazing waiter/waitress. I’m giving it four stars because the food and bread with crackers is amazing!!! I really hope that this helps if you are thinking about going to Brio!!!

Exceptional food and service. I was fortunate enough to attend a rehearsal dinner at Brio Easton. The Caesar salad, Chicken Parmesan, roasted vegetables, Pasta Carbonara, filet medallions and crème brûlée were top notch. The service exceeded the food, which is a testament to the staff at Bravo/Brio. Highly recommend this fine restaurant.

Last time I was here, I found a hair in my food on my birthday. Same for another person in our group. I found out later that a friend of mine had the same experience. I didn’t cone back since then. 10 years later, I received a gift card. I figured I’d give it one last try. Sure enough, disappointment. The food is mediocre for the price and the service is terrible. NEVER again! Please close this place and make room for a restaurant that deserves to be in this location.

Was on my way back home to Nashville yesterday(1÷3÷16) and Brio’s was recommended for Brunch. This is a pretty large restaurant and nicely decorated! Ordered the Sicilian Omelette and it came with some potatoes. Got my food within a decent amount of time, presented well, LARGE serving. Food was very tasty, but, It wasn’t hot. It was quite lukewarm when I took my first bite. Thus my reasoning for one less star. Service and cleanliness nonetheless was great!

The chopped salad is wonderful and refreshing start to dinner. One member of my party ordered the lasagna, another had spaghetti with bolgnaise sauce,& I had chicken sweet potato risotto. Service was excellent and kind. We will come back again and I would recommend it to my friends

From the minute we walked in, I felt unwelcome. The girl at the hostess desk asked me how many were in my party. I informed her that we have reservations and would like to sit closer to the outside Christmas tree so we could enjoy the view. Without even looking, she informed me that there wasn’t any room in the back part of the restaurant. I looked and saw several tables open and asked again and she said, sorry there is a big party coming in soon. I pointed out a table that was all alone in the corner and she said sorry that is for six people not four. Seriously? I should have left. Had I known the rest of the meal would be unacceptable, I would have. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger. It was cut into two pieces. She bit into one side and a long hair was in the food. Since she is not as picky and me, she sat the hair part down and started on the other side. Apparently, the cheeseburger had one big hair that was cut into two pieces along with the burger. Completely unacceptable. Our waitress came by and we informed her of the hair and she took the plate away and eventually brought another burger. My Mediterranean Shrimp was good but there was NO sauce on the rice. It is normally served with the rice close to wet from the sauce or gravy and it extraordinarily good. I know this because I have the same meal every time I visit, Brio. The best part of the night was leaving. I felt cheated out of a great night with my family. We even paid for the hair-cheeseburger which I find completely distasteful. I do not think I will return any time soon.

Only giving it two stars because my husband’s steak salad was amazing and we had decent service. We were here celebrating our 4th anniversary. I ordered the sweet potato chicken risotto. Quite disappointing and definitely not worth $ 19. This was my first time at a Brio and I was really excited after perusing the menu. I almost ordered the steak salad and would have left much happier if I had. After tasting my husband’s, I was blown away! Not even sure why this risotto is on the menu. It was rather casserole-esque. After adding freshly ground pepper and grated Parmesan, it tasted a lot better. Overall, not too blown away by my first Brio experience and would probably not return.

We stopped in for a late lunch since we had a free afternoon. Sat on the patio overlooking the dancing water fountain. Beautiful view on a great day. We both had a Caesar salad to start. Basic romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and croutons. Can’t go wrong with that combo. Although I would have liked a little anchovies mixed in. She then had the Pasta alla vodka. She loved the spicy sauce and the pancetta mixed in. The ricotta filled pasta was moist and flavorful. I had the Chicken Limone. A very well prepared piccata. The chicken was so tender I didn’t even need a knife. The lemon sauce was spot on and delicious! It came with an herb mashed potato that was good but just a touch on the dry side, but once I mixed a little extra sauce in them they got better. A very delicious lunch. Will return again soon.

One of my favorite restaurants. Everyone can find some thing to eat here. My go tos are the steak salad with horseradish, lobster bisque, bruschetta, and the crab cake dinner with vegetables. Of course they have great pasta and wine selections too. If warm outside sit on the patio by the fountain and order a peach Bellini. You won’t regret it!

Three stars because the food was sooooo good! However my party of 17 arrived for a 6pm reservation to celebrate my father in-laws 80th bday and we did not get our meals until 7:35pm. Not sure if this is normal but it was a little disappointing as it took 45 mins for someone to come to take our orders. The place was beautiful and able to accommodate our party and the custom plates were an added bonus. They had a kids menu with pizza that exceeded everyone’s expectations. The price point was good for the portion and quality of the food. Our server was typical and could have been a little more present at the table with so many people. We had to ask for things like bread and water. In American restaurants this is kinda thing is unheard of and a staple dining experience. I would come here again to try some of the other menu items but maybe at lunch during a weekday instead of dinner on a weekend. As an added bonus the server gave the bday boy a slice of cake and sang the happy birthday song to him in Italian!

When you’re in the hospitality business, it’s probably not a good idea to have a hostess with an agenda against your customers. Prior to today, I would have rated This Brio location a 3.5 out of 5. Food is consistently okay… cocktails, as well.(I have consumed way too many Manhattans – which were supposed to be Old Fashioneds – at this restaurant, though. But, why waste good Woodford on a server/bartender mistake?) We USED to go to this spot at least once a month, but that ends today. We arrived on time for a reservation, which was entered through another site. The notes we entered on the app were not considered, although they were easy to accommodate. This set the visit off to a bad start. After taking a table and ordering a cocktail and – a tad later – lunch, we received notice(from our reservation app) that Brio had cancelled our reservation.(This effectively eliminated our chance to review this visit on the app… and negated our points for the visit.) Really? Thanks for treating your(former) loyal customers in such a nice way. When you finally realize people like a pleasant dining experience without issues, I hope it’s not too late for you. If you are reading this and contemplating a pleasant lunch… go to Northstar or Nordstrom.

Great spot for a nice Italian meal if you’re in the Easton area! My friends and I came here on a Friday night after some shopping and had no trouble getting a table right away. The place is huge and the interior is pretty nicely decorated, with nice mood lighting and comfy booths. Service was also great and our waitress was really sweet and kept checking in to see if we were doing okay. Food overall was quite delicious and flavorful, although a bit pricey(~$ 15 – 20 for the pastas). Here is what we got: — Shrimp and lobster fettuccine($ 21): decided to go all out and was very satisfied. The sauce was a creamy tomato-based one and not too heavy. I was pleasantly surprised by how many chunks of lobster there were and the shrimp were also decently sized. Overall portion was large too, enough for a whole leftover lunch the next day :) — Pasta fra diavolo with shrimp($ 18): tried some of my friend’s — the sauce tasted pretty similar to one above(also cream tomato-based) but a bit spicier. it’s also with campanelle instead of fettuccine. you can also get it with chicken instead of shrimp. — Campanelle carbonara($ 19): tried my friend’s — also really tasty, but this one was much heavier than the other 2 so I probably wouldn’t be able to eat too much of it. Good bacon flavor! — Lobster bisque($ 6): we got this based on all the great Unilocal reviews but this was actually the most disappointing. It was heavier than I would have liked and also had an odd bitter taste to it that I couldn’t place. We couldn’t finish it. So aside from the disappointing lobster bisque, this place exceeded my expectations. It’s a little too expensive to come here regularly but I would definitely come back!

I was visiting from Pittsburgh and Loved it. The atmosphere was classy and bright and comfy. I had great service. I ordered a selection of different types of bruschetta, it was delicious. I also ordered the crab cakes which were good, but expensive. I wish there was more to this one dish. I would love to eat here again. ;)

We, well… It may be just me, but I absolutely love this place! Whenever I’m meeting with friends or just simply can’t think of a new place to try, this is always my go to! Whether here at Easton or the Polaris location. I have never had a bad experience at either location and the food is always great! The Easton location has great ambiance, as it’s located right in the middle of everything. It has a great patio as well that is great to hang out and have a few drinks when it’s warm. They also heat it in the winter; we had sat in that area a few weeks ago for dinner with our 2 month old and it wasn’t cold/uncomfortable. I always order the spinach dip as the appetizer; never fails me! Might be my favorite spinach dip in Columbus! :) I’m always changing my main meal, I never get the same thing once and everything has been delicious. You can never go wrong with their salads either! Especially their wedge salad! We have also always had very good service, never had a problem and we have visited over 5 times. I totally recommend this place time and time again!

Brio is by far my favorite Italian restaurant chain in Columbus. It’s slightly more expensive, but the atmosphere and the quality of food that you get here is far better than the Olive Garden, Carraba, or Bravo. Even though they’re both owned by the same group, Brio’s menu for some reason is far more attractive than Bravo’s to my wife and I. We really enjoy their wedge salad(bistecca insalata) and appetizer items like calamari, bruschetta, beef carpacchio. Their risotto is our most recommended entrée item. On the other hand, due to the fact that salad isn’t included in your meal automatically like it is at the Olive Garden, your bill can be much higher than you might expect if you’re used to the Olive Garden. Order with caution. With this restaurant being located at Easton, it can be crazy busy at times. Fortunately, they are on OpenTable, so I always grab a reservation with my smartphone beforehands to minimize the wait. There’s another Brio in Polaris, which has bigger and better event spaces. However, the general dining area I feel is more spacious and comfortable at the Easton Brio.

When you are up at Easton and drop $ 30 on a meal you kinda want food to have that, «WOW» factor. The food was alright, I honestly feel disappointed, I ordered Chicken Carbonara. The food itself was fresh and had quality but just didn’t have flavor, I thought it to be very bland. I don’t pay for food just to look pretty I want it to taste good. On another note the lobster bisque was really good and so was the free bread. My friends liked what they ordered so maybe it’s what I ordered or I went there on the wrong day. I had cream brûlée for dessert, I just wish it was a bigger portion but really good. This is gonna be pretty harsh but so far from the big chain Italian restaurants, Carrabba’s, Olive Garden, Piada, then Brio.
