Briggs Mart has been the sunshine I’ve needed to start my day out right every day for the past 4 years. The coffee is great. The snickers bars never fail to impress me. And the hot dogs are always hot and fresh and ready to be thrown into my stomach. I love this place so much I plan on having my birthday party here and will most definitely have my children’s parties here when I have them. Thank you Briggs Mart for everything you’ve done for this world. Keep up the good work. See you tomorrow morning.

Up until 2005 – 2006, this was an abandoned gas station. Someone bought the property and turned it into a corner carry out. It’s pretty small, but they have typical convenience store selections like $.99 bags of potato chips, 20oz sodas, a limited selection of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and lotto tickets and scratch cards. It’s a short walk from your home to the store for the folks living between Binns Blvd and Briggs High School/Lindberg Park(west-east), and Eakin Rd. and Nicholas Ave(north-south). This place is rarely busy. It gets steady business. The folks that work there are people from the neighborhood. It’s nice to be greeted by friendly, familiar faces when you walk in the door.
