Rude and unprofessional. I love culture and respect the fact they’re freely speaking amongst themselves. However, the entire time they ONLY spoke amongst themselves and ignored the requests of customers. I received a basic manicure but could not enjoy being pampered because it was rushed and the technician didn’t even ask if I’d like my nails to be round or square. So my natural nails are cut down to a length I dislike. Doing my nails seemed like a burden to her and she displayed negative energy. I’m dissatisfied with V.I.P Nails and will not return. If you like being ignored and leaving clawless then their services may work for you.

I went here for the first time today. And I loved it! As soon as we walked in, my boyfriend commented, «Seems clean, I like it.» The nail salon is spotless! You will see the ladies putting their tools in the sanitation machine periodically.
I got a Spa Pedicure by Ling Ling and she did a wonderful job! This is one of the first times that someone has did my nails and cut my cuticles without making them bleed — hooray! For that reason alone, they get 5 stars. I almost fell asleep while getting my toes done. The massage chairs were comfortable, too!
I made my appointment for 1:30 p.m. but they were able to get me in early. I really enjoyed how quiet it was. There weren’t people yelling and the music wasn’t too loud. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Unfortunately, I can’t rate their service since I waited more than an hour past my scheduled appointment and was not helped. Terrible customer experience and a colossal waste of time.

I don’t like manager here because she alway frowning and no fun… I will never come back here any time. I hate this place

They do such good and consistent work they are always booked a couple days in advance– I recommend making an appointment– that being said they accept Walk ins.
I love the color selection — it’s huge
Pricing is spot on with other salons
Also love that I have been able to book many girls days with 5 or more friends getting multiple services with out a problem!
To you ladies or gents that have had a hard time with booking an appt I suggest giving them a second shot !

I called ahead to make an appointment for sculptured nails and when I got there they asked me what can I do for you, I told them I called in and asked for sculptured nails they said ok. They made me wait 20 minutes then when it was my turn, they told me they don’t do sculptured nails that it was a misunderstanding. I said I called you guys before I got here they said no I’m sorry its a misunderstanding. they’re such liars and I feel like they’re so lazy and didn’t even want to do the job but yet they still made me wait the 20 minutes.

I wish I could give this place more credit because it is convenient, clean, and the majority of the technicians are great. However, the manager is so rude, unprofessional, and has no tact.

I called this salon to schedule a waxing and was told that they couldn’t quote a price, they had to see my legs and crotch first to determine how much. I have been getting waxing services for decades now, both here in Columbus and on the east coast and I have never once been told they charged by the hair. And BTW, when I told the person on the phone that I was quite shocked by their pricing policies, she told me maybe I should go somewhere else.
This is the second time I have posted this review, too. Someone, somehow, got my previous review erased!

I’m still a fan of this spot. They have been updating the spa with new technologies and the latest colors. I also love that they don’t charge for repairs which I think is great customer service, If it chips, they are happy to fix it. Great place for gel manicures or pedicures. It’s also a plus that they are open on Sundays. I like to see Quyen or Monique.
