Really, really nice atmosphere for a B&BW
Yes, I know B&BW is a chain retail location so usually you come in with some expectations about your experience.
Yes, it looks like any other B&BW location. However, the store was not disheveled in the least. Employees kept reorganizing shelves to their perfect state. No random bottles hidden. No digging for products.
Yes, employees are friendly. But these employees were real. The two women working asked people for help, but didn’t hassle or persist. «I’m just looking» was sufficient to let them know don’t bother me. Also, they had an extra 20% off coupon, which certainly made my day!
All-​in-​all, I really like this location. It’s also not super congested to access since it is in a smaller plaza, not a mall. Lotion, soap, and scents for all!
