Artistic Concrete Construction Llp

I am the owner of a local bar/​music venue and I had had this company install a concrete bar top for me in late 2011.
At first the bar looked great but after a month or so the epoxy coating started to chip and bubble which they assured me would not happen during the install. So I called the company and they said they would be out to look at it and fix the problem.
What actually happened was that they repeatedly no showed when we would set up a time to look at the bar. Then my contact stopped answering my calls. After a few weeks of not answering my calls, my contact then called to set up another time. He showed – with no tools on him but looked at the bar and said he would order what was needed. After not hearing from him for almost a month I called to set up another time to meet. He no showed again. So, I called him (again) to set up another time and he said he would be in the next day. After waiting for almost an hour past our scheduled meet time I called my contact and he said that he had to reschedule because the wrong «stuff» came in.
(In total over the past year I have been no showed or cancelled 5 times. I also have several phone messages saved of them saying they had the «stuff,» that they messed up and were ready to fix it.)
I first called these guys in March of 2012 and it is now April of 2013 and my bar top is still not fixed. I have never been treated this poorly by a company and I can assure you that anyone that comments on our bar top will be told to shop elsewhere if they need work done.
