We had a major mess with sewage backup into basement. AllPhase showed up on time the next morning and went right to work. Given the amount of mess we had, I was satisfied with their cleanup (though I did have to have them return to clean some areas I wasn’t satisfied with). I can’t comment on cost — it was extremely expensive but I didn’t have time to get other estimates so I have no comparisons. Workers were friendly and professional.
