Aldo makes my favorite shoes, but I’m writing this review because of the customer service I consistently get at this location!
I love Aldo shoes, but I hate malls. The Easton Aldo, however, always creates a pain-​free shopping experience that even I can’t bitch about!
The folks working here are insanely helpful and friendly, but not over-​the-​top or pushy. My most recent visit was the best one yet:
The Mister and I were driving back from Jeffersonville on a Sunday afternoon, and I realized that my favorite Aldo shoes (that I had beaten to death for almost two years) had completely fallen apart, and I was leaving for a business trip early the next morning. I really wanted to get a new pair of shoes for my trip, but we were going to cut it close before the store closed. So, I called up the Easton Aldo, described the shoes over the phone, and they were waiting on me at the counter when I showed up — two minutes before closing!
Way to go, Easton Aldo!
