very rude and unprofessional company.
i called them to get a price for a tow
but all the guy did was hang the phone.
what kind of business does this ???
honestly there’s a lot of other towing companies
eager for your business.

Most towing companies would jump on the opportunity to tow a called in car. NOT ACTION. Several days ago I called (because their sign was posted in the lot) about a car that didn’t have a pass to park where they were. Whoever answered the phone was not friendly or willing to help and was actually quite rude. I would never hire this company to tow any specific lots. They were not willing to come tow the car even after telling me they were the «towing guys» and that keeping track of cars wasn’t part of their job??? So rude! Don’t use!

This is not the type of company you call, they find you and your money. They demand cash. Can not possibly describe how rude this vulture is. Please do not use this company. If they take your car, expect to be treated horribly. Read the only non 1 star review. They are parasites who work for property owners. No consumer should EVER call this company. They openly state in their own review they are slaves to landlords. Just say no to crooks.
