Pizza Hut

I ordered a stuffed crusted pizza and picked it up through drive thru. I was given a burnt pizza. We wrote to Pizza Hut via a customer survey the next day. It’s been a month & we still haven’t gotten a response, an apology, or an offer for a free pizza. Horrible customer service! Definitely don’t recommend!

Tonight this was an internet order to be ready for pick up at 7 PM. I am giving this Pizza Hut one star only because the order was ready and waiting for pick up at 7 PM.
The order was for a large hand-​tossed style pizza with two different toppings. One side with pepperoni and banana peppers and the other side with italian sausage and banana peppers. This was included in the «any large pizza for $ 10 offer».
The toppings were so sparse that some of the slices only had cheese, a couple of pepperonis and banana peppers on them and just a few crumbs of italian sausage.
I know this was a $ 10 special but I wonder what the toppings on two medium pizzas would have looked like instead.
This place is posted «no firearms» for those who care about such things and may choose not to patronize just based on that.
