I purchased an LG Lancet phone from a store in Fairlawn, Ohio as a replacement for my damaged phone. I had the option to buy either the Lancet or the Samsung Core Prime. I chose the Lancet because it was $ 47 less than the Samsung… bad choice. I later beat myself up for being cheap. It had a Windows operating system. It was not intuitive for me and I did not like the system. There was an excessive amount of apps downloaded to the phone. Nevertheless, I decided I would quit being cheap and buy the Samsung.
When I returned to Columbia, SC, I visited this store to see if I could return the phone and purchase the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, if one were in stock. The store was extremely busy and I had to wait quite a while, but the wait wasn’t so bad because I was distracted by a set of twins, Zachary and Jackson, with whom I discussed «twinship» with because I’m also a twin. Anyway, I was eventually assisted by Wes, who explained that I could return the phone since I’d only purchased it 4 days ago. After he located a Core Prime, I asked to have the $ 35 restock fee waived since I’m a long time customer. No such luck, Wes informed me that there was no way around it. I said okay. I chalked it up while doing the math, that now with the restock fee, my total would be upwards of $ 200. Anyway, after he rang the phone up… GUESS WHAT? The price of the phone was half of what I’d been expecting it to be. Not only did the phone cost less, but there was also a mail-​in-​rebate that applied to the phone… SCORE!!! Instead of spending $ 90 additional, I actually walked out with a credit and a rebate.
This experience more than made up for my experience at the other store located in the 7000 block of Two Notch Road, which is the store that I’ve been visiting since 2008. My new store will definitely be this one. It’s not as close as the other, but a pleasant shopping experience is worth the extra driving time.

Expecting a wait bit it took 4hors to get it all done. Good thing this only happens every couple of years. Staff were super and that is why I am giving a high rating. Not because of the service or value of the product.
