Thompson Tree Climbers & Landscape

Thompson Tree Climbers was contracted to Cut down a 7-​foot tree, trim some branches, and remove remodeling debris from our yard. Initially they were contacted to provide these services through living social, but they failed to honor the advertised special. Since they were there, I asked them to proceed with the work and I would pay them full price. They performed the tree work and only some debris removal from the pile. They stated that they would come back the next day to finish removing the rest of the debris. Some miscellaneous debris was left in the pile for the next day including an appliance, a tire, scrap wood, and plastic sheeting. I could not come out the next day so I paid them the full balance prior to the last load being taken away. They never returned to complete the clean up. I attempted to contact them every two days, but have not gotten anyone to answer or reply (except once). They answered the phone once and said that they would pick up the items the next day. It never occurred and they have not answered since or responded to my calls. Yesterday, I finally paid someone else to remove the rest of the debris for $ 100.00 since it was obvious they were not going to finish or talk to me. While their website and business cards say they take credit cards, I was told that they could not accept them because he is having technical troubles in accessing his PayPal.
