The sales associates are really pushy. God forbid you enter their fitting room, they push jeans and shirts and entire outfits down your throat. They service is a little fake if you ask me. Their boss must be real pushy when it comes to sales.

I bought a pair of rock revival jeans online. The jeans were one size too big so I went to the store to exchange them. The sales associate was pleasant, but a little too pushy for me. They don’t listen, a little bit too cultish for me. The basically push items on you that you don’t want. I tried to return a pair of jeans and she told me they did not have them online and were out of stock, so I ordered a different pair. I get home and the jeans are online. Leading me to believe, she worked on commission, and she just wanted a sale. My shopping experience was not a good one. And forget about calling customer service, it took me hours to get through to someone. And 24 hours have gone by and I still can’t get though to anyone who can change my order. I am done with this company… If you want some retail drama feel free. And 8 – 10 days for a refund
