I have always had a good experience here. I stopped going to the Verizon store off Snowden since I felt I always had to wait in line forever. I usually manage to go during day, but never have had to really wait. Ross is excellent, he has helped me the past few times and mainly reason I return as well. If you are having any issues I recommend asking to speak with him, or going when he is there as I have had excellent service from him.

Stay away from this store. The staff are rude and incompetent. They need to take a course in customer service.
