I walked in to see what T-Mobile could offer on 2 iPhone 6 purchases. I have already been a client with them for a while and they have ups and downs. I was greeted by somebody, I told him I needed to look at the phones first. When I was done he had already taken another client. This is when Carl stepped in. He offered to assist me. Carl was able to answer all my questions and explain the terms of the upgrade. He did not try to upsell me aggressively. I decided to stay with T-Mobile and get the 2 iPhone 6 there in large part thanks to him. I was able to get in, do the work and get out all during my lunch break(with spare time to grab lunch). Much better experience than with the 3 T-Mobile stores in Rock Hill, SC.

Customer service. Customer service customer service. Before hiring someone that deals with customers managers need to see if they are an employee who only likes to do the bare minimum or they actually like to work. All three guys drag there feet(literally) sit on the phone(on hold) and look away from you so they don’t make eye contact and let you walk out without trying to stop you. I saw several customers looking at their watches implying to them they are on a short lunch break and the staff made no effort to at least acknowledge them. It comes down to just plain lazy and always doing the bare minimum for these employees. I was the 4th person to just walk out and go to another location 20 mins away, these guys were a joke.
