This place was very convenient for my friend and I to store our college dorm stuff during the summer; however, it was disappointing.
My friend’s mugs were broken upon opening the unit and a worker merely said that he’d get a mop. Of course that could’ve been her fault for the way the items were place, but the response was not very polite.
When I went to pick up my stuff a few days later it was almost entirely covered in bugs. Not just any bugs but spiders and ants. (I didn’t even have food in the unit, it was only clothes, décor, and storage containers) It took a significant amount of time to shake everything off and then vacuum it all upon arriving at my new place. One of the more disgusting experiences of my life.
They also didn’t have a dumpster available upon picking up my things and the man at the desk said they hadn’t gotten their trash picked up in nearly a month. Not very organized at all.
If you do choose to rent here it’s a decent deal (we got a month free), but you get what you pay for. I would recommend only storing things in plastic containers with lids, but I will be spending the extra money for a temperature controlled unit next time I need one.

Very helpful, friendly service. Relatively accessible. The location in town is somewhat iffy, but it seems like the cameras and people there are on top of it. The office is extremely clean. And they have boxes, locks, everything you would need to store things. It’s very, very good for student storage.
