I made an appointment to have two pieces done. When I showed up for my appointment he remembered me and exactly what I wanted. Everyone in the shop was super friendly, made me feel completely at ease, and most important did amazing work. I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family. This is definitely my new spot in Columbia. Thank you guys for giving me exactly what I wanted. I love it, and will definitely be returning.

Completely dissatisfied. Came in the first time, and the man was with a customer, he asked me what I wanted, and I described it for him. He told me to come back before Friday and he would have something sketched out for me, so I did. When I came back (before Friday). He was not there, rather other employees. They had no clue about the tattoo I was supposed to have sketched out already, so they had me write down my information again, and said they would have the man I spoke with earlier send me the sketch. I waited about a week, no sketch came and at that point I started getting a bit annoyed. Tired of waiting, I came back to check up on my sketch MID DAY ON A MONDAY when they’re SUPPOSED to be open and their doors were LOCKED. That is completely unprofessional to be closed WITHOUT A NOTE posted mid day when you’re supposed to be open. At that point, I was done with them and their terrible service, and went to Iron Tiger instead, they did an amazing job, and all I had to do was walk in! I highly recommend them!
