I took the appointment with Dr. office in March for June 18th and i rescheduled my business trip to make the appointment. Just 2 days prior to appointment, i called Dr office and after waiting for almost 45 minutes they told that My appointment got canceled. when i asked the reason, they said it me who called and canceled the appointment but i never did. They never called and infirm that my appointment got canceled.
i rate Dr Diner 5⁄5 but his office is full of duffer and donkeys. In my all visit to Dr office, i always found it very difficult to deal with office staff.
They are very rude and non cooperative. Rather say they are good for nothing.

I’m very pleased with my experience. The office staff were polite. Dr. Diener is attentive and provided the best care I’ve received since moving to Maryland 3 years ago. There can be some waiting but I’ll wait to have someone listen to my concerns and not rush through my appointment without seeming to care about my health. I left feeling that all of my questions were answered and addressed thouroughly. As a woman I prefer a female physician, however, I’m glad I listened to the person who scheduled me with him. She I wouldn’t be disappointed with him and I certainly was not, nor did I feel uncomfortable in any way.

Dr Diener has been my PCP and my wifes for 4 years. He is wonderful. No complaints with him. Sometimes takes longer than I would like resolving rx issues. But feel like we are both getting the best of care.
