I have been a Sprint customer for a while and with cell phones you expect service on par with the cable company but today I received exceptionally poor service. I arrived at the store around 3pm for a battery replacement. There was one other customer in the store being assisted by an associate & another associate on the phone. He greeted me after a «hold on» when I explained my issue at which point he dismissively told me he would start a ticket but it would be about 3 hours. I said«no thank you» and went to Batteries plus bulbs who replaced the battery in 15 minutes for less money. I’ve been considering Straight Talk Wireless and this hastens that decision.
