Went to purchase 2 recliners. Barbara was super helpful, spending a lot of time with us. They met and bettered the competition’s price and provided us excellent advice on quality, color, and style.

Pity this place seems to have bad customer service. Maybe that’s changed. I bought a floor coffee table at a great price, can’t find it anywhere else as cheap, and Janice and Angela looked after me. I really liked them. And they really do have some very cool furniture. The place next door Indoor Furniture is great too.

I bought a $ 4000 sectional from Safas Etc and when it was delivered the legs on the sofa were not right. I spoke to the sales who told me he would order new ones at cost but he never did. After several calls to him he acted as though he never told me that the company would absorb the cost. The sectional worked with our interior for the family room and I just stained the legs to fit the décor’. I would not every shop at sofas again. They seems to only want to work with interior designers as one I worked with later told me. Grant S.

Purchased a sofa from Sofa’s Etc on Feb 15, 2015 and it wasn’t until I asked if there was a president’s day discount was I told«Oh yeah 10%». Now it is 5÷1÷15(11 weeks) and I have not heard the status of delivery. I called today and was told, mid May because the manufacturer ran out of fabric. Meanwhile I have gotten rid of my old sofa and now have no furniture. I should have received a call when they knew there would be a delay.

Went to Sofa Etc and found the perfect leather couch, love seat, and chair. They wrote everything up but we weren’t ready to buy that day and they said no problem. Well, my wife and I came back to purchase and was told the sales lady made a $ 1000 mistake and they would not honor it. We searched for a month and came back because we loved the price and style. Now we will look somewhere else. Won’t be back. Update: Went to Gardiners and found same style and color for $ 2000 less. Will never go back.

I almost impulsively purchased a sofa from here. They have a tweed charcoal fabric that is magnificent and can’t be found anywhere else(I’ve looked and called around like a fabric stalker. No one has it. No. One. Ugh!) They have good quality furniture and a lovely large selection of fabrics. What’s impressive is that their manufacturer is based out of High Point, NC which, as you know, is the furniture capital of the US. Very impressive. The customer service here is not the best, but not the worst either, however that is not the biggest issue. The BIGGEST issue is that promotions on TV claim this place has quality sofas(accurate) that are priced ~30% less than the other stores(far from accurate). Try 30−50% more and all promotions are via coupons that you have to search for, even holidays. Ain’t nobody gots time fo’ dat! There was a lovely 3pc fabric sectional sofa that they claim was originally priced as $ 9000 and they were selling for about $ 2400. $ 9000 originally?! Fore realzies!!! Unless it is made of Jesus’ actual loin cloth, pure gold thread and is self cleaning there is no way it could cost that amount. There is another one on the floor now that is being sold for a bit more than $ 6000. Seriously tho? Who are they fooling?! There is a smaller sectional that they are selling for $ 2600 and I considered it because I could get it in the fabric I wanted. If you shop around, you’ll find the price if sectionals range from $ 1800– $ 2600, originally priced. The prices here are astronomical. If you are independently wealthy, then, buy here. If you need to eat, have a mortgage and only make a normal salary, there are other places. Trust and believe. However if you can’t imagine life without the charcoal tweed fabric on your dream sectional, I’ll lend you my bucket and you can share my street corner. You’re welcome.

We went in ready to buy since my wife is seven months pregnant, and we probably won’t get another chance. We actually decided what we wanted before anyone acknowledged us because we had been shopping for a while, and they did bother to greet us or anything. After 15 minutes of being ignored, my wife asked for assistance. The woman she asked told us she would find someone. She wandered off and came back about a minute later but totally failed to acknowledge us. She just pretended we weren’t there. Needless to say, no one appeared to help us. After another ten minutes or so, we took off. It’s clear that we weren’t their kind of customer. If you want to buy furniture, I’d recommend Indoor two doors down where they sell it. Here, they are offering snide service for free but not much else.

My wife and I went in to look and found that talking with the staff was very helpful, they have a wide variety of custom furniture that I was unaware at first the indicators of quality for a Sofa. Going from Ikea to actually buying stuff that will last more then a few years has been an education. They even have people there that offer advice on decorating your new place. It’s a bit on the pricey side compared to the discount places that I am used to but that is what happens when you grow up.
