Personal Touch Cleaning Service LLC

My experience with this cleaning service was very disappointing. I had to schedule an initial visit for someone to give me an estimate, which was a little inconvenient, but wouldn’t have been so bad if when the crew came they had actually cleaned my house well. There were four people, two of whom stood around most of the time. I looked at the bathrooms and noticed that they hadn’t touched the floors or the bathtubs (really, didn’t even wipe them to try and look like they cleaned them). I mentioned it to the person who identified herself as the manager and she and a couple others stayed and cleaned them while another lady sat left to go sit in their van but if I hadn’t said anything I guess that’s how they would have left them (I made sure to ask if they were finished in the bathrooms before I mentioned anything). Don’t waste your money. Casa Bonita did a much better job for me and if you’re in Columbia I would recommend them instead.
