Terrible office staff, focused entirely on the billing, no concern about long waits, billing mistakes, etc.

We have gone to this practice for approximately 10 years because of the location to Spring Valley but I have moved our entire family to another dermatologist after having constant issues with the office staff at Northeast Dermatology. The office staff are extremely unprofessional and have proven to be difficult in every situtation that we have seeked assistance. I have voiced my complaints but they do not seem to care if patients go elsewhere.
