Some of the best coffee I have ever had and the people there were very helpful in explaining the different options they had available. Was able to stop by today and nothing has changed still delicious.

Coffee made by people who love coffee. The epicenter of Columbia’s young hipster scene, Muletown Coffee has quickly become one of the best things in town.

Muletown Coffee is the absolute best! Want to know something really cool? They roast their own coffee on site! Who does that?! Muletown Coffee is a permanent fixture in my work day. The staff there is amazing and personable. Their coffee varieties cater to every coffee drinker– from the occasional coffee drinker to the coffee connoisseur. Muletown is definitely a hidden gem in Columbia!

Adventured outside of the Nashville city limits and was pleasantly surprised by this little shop. Cold brew was on point. Not an atmosphere I would necessarily thrive while getting work done, but nice for a quick drop in. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made for easy conversation. I will definitely be making the occasional drive out to Columbia now that I know this little gem exists — especially after discovering the vibey record shop next door.

What a great little coffee place! Grab a latte and a bag of your favorite roast, or ask for the«Mule Kicker,» — a shot of espresso in your cup of coffee. The staff is great and the coffee is fresh!

Nice place on the square. laid back and relaxing. Weather was great to sit outside at the tables. I had an iced sugar free iced coffee and Joe had a skinny latte. Very distinct taste of coffee bean, this is not STARBUCKS! Refreshing

While I don’t drink coffee, I do enjoy a good cup of chai, and Mule Town delivers on this. Their selection of baked goodies has also been delicious every time that I have sampled something.

Can I get a little help? How long do I have to stand at the counter before I am waited on? Obnoxiously loud music. Didn’t seem like they cared if I was waited on or not. I left and no one said anything. They didn’t even look in my direction. Piss poor customer service is a pet peeve of mine. The sad part is I didn’t even get to try their product.

Muletown is realer than Real Deal Holyfield. I’ve been to all the joints in Nashville: Barista Parlor, Eighth & Roast, etc — and I’d take the Pepsi challenge with Muletown all day. Easily as good or better than these places. Every espresso I’ve had, even decaf has been exceptional. Not just good — awesome. You will feel welcomed here, no matter the cut of your jib. While you’re there, chat with the owners, who are often hanging out. Don’t forget a bag of practically just-roasted beans on your way out.

Excellent coffee in a perfect spot in downtown Columbia. Coffee is roasted onsite and sustainably sourced. Could use a little more selection of baked goods, but if you want some awesome coffee, this is about as good as it gets. Highly recommend.

What a gem in Columbia’s downtown square! I am in Columbia frequently for work, and a coffee shop like this is a rare find. The drink and pastry selections were plentiful and delish! The environment is simple, but you have everything you could need. Plus, everyone(including the owner himself) was super friendly and accommodating! My colleague and I had stopped to get some work done, and the owner stayed open late for us so we could finish up before heading back to Nashville. Will definitely be back!

Can’t review the coffee as I didn’t get waited on and left. The music was extremely loud and if they had done anything more than just say«hi» it would have been hard to hear. I only drink sugar free coffee syrups and as I was waiting I saw that they only had 3 sf flavors. One guy was busy eating leaving the other guy alone to make coffee and wait on people. They have a very small space and even though there weren’t many people there it felt crowded.
